As members of the BroniesNL organisation team, we decided to organize more official minimeets to bring the community together. The first result of that is the BroniesNL Lasergame Minimeet 2025! Because we can’t think of a better bonding experience than trying to shoot each other.

Where and when
• The minimeet will take place on Saturday, the 11th of October in Nijmegen.
• We will meet in front of LaserQuest (Ziekerstraat 3 6511LD, Nijmegen) at 15:45 sharp.
• We will be playing 2 heats of lasergaming (15 minutes per heat). The briefing will be at 16:00. After the first heat, we will have a short break before the second heat begins. We will have the whole arena to ourselves during both heats!
• The game will be played in 2 teams of equal size. You may decide which team to join as we prepare to play the first heat. Or we could let fate decide who our comrades will be…
• After we’ve finished lasergaming, we will have dinner at Tierney’s Irish Pub, right next to the lasergame venue, at 18:00. The owner has allowed us to stay for as long as we like (provided, of course, that we keep ordering drinks). Feel free to bring some board games and make this a night to remember!
• Dinner at the Irish Pub is optional, but we’d love it if all of you would join us!

Costs
• The lasergaming will cost 20 euros per person.
• Any food and drinks bought on the lasergame value are not included in the ticket price.

• There is a maximum of 24 spots available in the lasergaming arena and Irish Pub, so get your ticket before they run out!
• The deadline to buy a ticket is on Sunday, the 28th of September. After that, we will finalize the number of people for our reservations.
